Rick Severson, Owner

Rick’s experience spans across all disciplines of the design build industry including: general contracting, design/sales, architectural drafting, project management, and carpentry.

This experience gives Rick the opportunity to bring his wide base of industry knowledge to each facet of the design build process. This combined experience, accumulated over a career, is applied to each and every Clairmont project.

Aaron Ballantine, Project Manager

Aaron has many years of experience as a project manager for Clairmont Design Build. Hard work, enthusiasm and a dedication to customer service has been Aaron’s foundation for a career in project management. He is committed to maintaining schedules, paying attention to details, and creative problem solving. All key roles required by a plugged-in manager!

Communication is key. Aaron’s relationships and continual communication with the client, trades, design teams, suppliers and building officials allows for a smooth-running project.
